After hours pick-up — After hours pick-up service is available at an extra change of 17.10 USD inclusive of VAT. Please call the branch at least 24 hours before the reservation time to confirm pick-up. An Enterprise Agent will be available at the branch to proceed with the reservation check out.
After Hours Returns — After hours drop off is available at an extra charge of 17.10 USD inclusive of VAT. Please inform the Enterprise Agent at the time of pick-up and make sure that you provide a valid contact number. At the time of drop off, an Enterprise Agent will be available at the branch to proceed with the check-in process.
Minimum Age is 20, Maximum Age is 65, A young Driver Surcharge of 10.26 USD per day inclusive of VAT will apply on rentals for drivers between 20 and 24. The minimum Age permitted per car group is as follows: Minimum Age Minimum Driving License Holding Period Car Group

Cross Border rentals are not permitted.
All rates include Collision Damage Waiver or CDW. CDW provides excess coverage for damage applied to the body of the rental vehicle. It does not cover damage to vehicle interior, tires, windshields or the underbody of the vehicle during the rental. In case of damage and or accident renter will be responsible for an excess/deductible ranging from 350.00 USD up to 1150.00 USD depending on the car type in cases of damage and or accident caused to the rental vehicle. In the case of an accident it is a mandatory requirement in line with the laws of Egypt to ensure a police report is obtained and presented to rental company within maximum of 72 hours from the date of accident in order for the insurance claim to be valid. In the case the renter fails to provide the mandatory police report they will be liable for the entire cost of repairs.
Available during working hours according to station availability at an extra charge of 17.10 USD inside Sharm El Sheikh. The renter needs to call the pick-up/drop-off station 24 hours prior to pick-up/drop off to check the availability and confirm address.
One way rentals between branches located within the same city is allowed free of charge.
You will be required to return the vehicle with a level of fuel equal to the amount provided at the start of your rental as indicated on your rental agreement. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel you will be required to pay for the fuel needed to return the fuel level to that displayed on your rental agreement at a rate of 0.60 USD per liter inclusive of VAT.
Accepted Means of Payment: All Major Credit Cards are accepted such as American Express, Master Card, Visa. Cash payment is accepted but only at the return of rental return and with a supporting credit card. The used credit card must be in the name of the renter and must be valid for at least six months. If the rental is prepaid, the renter need to pay a security deposit to cover any extra charges might occur at the time of rental return. If the rental is pay on arrival, the renter need to pay the full rental charges along with a security deposit to cover any extra charges might occur at the time of rental return. The security deposit is different based on car group, however it is ranging between 500.00 USD up to 1150.00 USD.
The rental includes basic roadside assistance in case of normal breakdowns or mechanical failures that are not the resulted of renter negligance or misuse. Our additional roadside protection is an extended breakdown protection during your rental in Egypt and protects the renter against high service and repair costs for the following incidents:
(i) Key locked inside the vehicle: Rental branch will arrange to send a representative with the spare key to unlock the vehicle.
(ii) Key loss: Rental branch will send the spare key to the renter or the vehicle will be towed away with a replacement vehicle provided. The rental company retains the right to apply csots of the lost key to the renter.
(iii) Immobilization of the vehicle: In the event that it is not possible to move the vehicle due to road conditions or a breakdown caused by an accident, the rental branch will arrange for the vehicle to be towed away and for a replacement vehicle to be provided.
Additional roadside assistance is provided by a third party service provider on behalf of the rental company. Additional roadside assistance is available 24/7 and by calling the rental location on the number displayed on the rental agreement.
Additional roadside assistance does not exempt you from these charges if there is any breach of our rental agreement terms.
All drivers must present a full valid driving licence. We accept either Egyptian driving licences or an International Driving Permit combined with a driving licence from the renter's country of origin. The renter must have held a driving licence for at least one year. All renters must provide a valid ID card (for Egyptians) or a valid passport (for non-Egyptians), along with a valid driving licence. A photocopy of both the ID or passport and licence will be kept on file.
As per Egyptian law, persons with any physical disability are not permitted to operate rental vehicles. Persons with physical disabilities can still rent a vehicle and be the primary renter if a second driver with a valid driving licence who meets the renter and age requirements is present, or they can book the driver service at an additional charge.
Third party insurance is included in the rate. Coverage for third party liability comes with a maximum cover of 500.00 USD for personal injuries and material damages. Excluded from the coverage is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All protection as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's license at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
