Customer is to exit baggage claim and enter the car rentals lobby. The rental counter is 50 meters to your right just after the arrival area exit. The rental agent will present the customer with the rental agreement and take them to the car for a cross checking prior to handing over the keys.
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21, and the maximum rental age is 80 years.
There are no additional daily fees for drivers under 25.
Minimum age requirement of 25 for SUV rentals.
Driving is restricted within the Island of St. Barthelemy only.
Customer must pre-arrange delivery or collection of vehicle in advance for Harbour arrival, hotel and villa delivery.
Delivery and Collection available at no cost anywhere on the island during the operating hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Delivery and Collection is available at a cost of $15.00 to anywhere on the island.
One-way rentals are not permitted at this time.
Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle after the $1,200 USD deductible and$1,850 USD for the category SFAR and TBD. CDW-TP will not cover damage to tire or soft tops. If CDW-TP is declined, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damage to or the value of the vehicle.
Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside St. Barth do not provide coverage in St. Barth. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customers personal auto insurance coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pickup date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 30% surcharge will apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
Credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

An authorization may be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.
Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo. Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location.
Cash is not accepted at this location.
Must meet the location's minimum age requirements.
Present a valid driver's license from country of origin or international drivers license.
Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental.
This location accepts notorized Chinese Drivers License.
Third Party Liability (TPL) is not insurance and is included in the time and mileage rate. TPL covers damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance, and provides you with liability coverage for damage and injuries to third parties or third party vehicles, up to the policy limits, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate TPL. A deductible of approximately $500 USD applies if the renter is found to be at fault by the insurance companies representing the parties involved in an incident with damages covered by TPL
